Mietitkö mikä on sopiva maratonvauhti tietyn ajan saavuttamiseksi puolikkaalla tai maratonilla? Oikea maratonvauhti löytyy tasaisen vauhdin avulla. Maratonin, puolimaratonin ja 10 kilometrin juoksussa optimaalisin lopputulos syntyy ilman turhia kiihdytyksiä ja liian kovaa alkuvauhtia välttäen. Tasaisen vauhdin taulukko on siihen hyvä apu.
